| Brian Bayley Position: Director Mr. Bayley has served as a Director since 2001. Since 2003, Mr. Bayley has served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Quest, a publicly traded mortgage investment corporation. Prior to that, he served as Chief Executive Officer of Quest Investment Corporation, a publicly listed merchant bank based in Vancouver. He was also the co-founder of Quest Ventures Ltd., a privately held merchant bank based in Vancouver which also specialized in bridge loans. Prior to Quest Ventures Ltd., Mr. Bayley was President and Chief Executive Officer of Quest Oil & Gas, which was sold to Enermark Income Fund in 1997. | |
