| Hilda Kouvelis Position: Vice President & Chief Financial Officer Hilda was appointed Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in 2007. She joined TransAtlantic as Controller in 2005. From 2001-2004, Hilda served as Controller for Ascent Energy. She has more than 20 years of industry experience, including 18 years with FINA, where she held various positions in accounting & finance, including Controller and Treasurer. From 1998-2000, she served as Controller for international operations at PetroFina S.A.'s headquarters in Brussels, Belgium. She holds an M.B.A. in corporate finance and investment analysis from the University of Dallas and a B.B.A. in accounting from Angelo State University.
