#Caty Albert
Position: Team Leader, Unconventional Geological Group

Mrs. Albert joined Mitchell Group in January 2007. She was previously a Geologist for Riata Energy from February 2006 to December 2006. Her responsibilities include prospect generation, location development, and geological evaluation of the various development and exploration projects for Longfellow Energy and TransAtlantic Petroleum, Ltd. She obtained a B.S. in Geology in 1995 and a M.S. in Geology in 1999, both from Texas A&M University. She has experience in multiple basins in the United States, Morocco, and Turkey. Previously, Caty was employed by Texaco and Chevron. She is a member of AAPG and is a licensed Texas Professional Geoscientist.

 
#Dr. David Campbell
Position: Geology & Operations

David joined TransAtlantic in 2005.

Previously, David was employed by Esso Expro UK as a seismic interpreter and later spent the majority of his career with ARCO, both in the UK and overseas. He was North Sea Chief Geophysicist for ARCO British Limited, Geophysical Research Manager for ARCO Exploration & Production Company, and Middle East Exploration Manager for ARCO International. Following the takeover of ARCO by BP in 2000, he became an Officer and/or Director in various energy-related companies: Balli Resources Limited, Balli Naft CFZ, and VND Energy Limited.

David received a B.Sc. in Geology from St. Andrews University and a Ph.D. in Geology from Glasgow University in 1978.

 
#Dr. Weldon Beauchamp
Position: Geology - New Ventures

Weldon worked for Sun International Exploration & Production Company for 10 years, where he served as a new venture exploration geologist in the U.S., North Sea, Africa, South America, and the Middle East. Additionally, he worked for ARCO New Ventures as a senior geophysicist in the Middle East, Africa, and South America. Since leaving ARCO, he has worked as a consultant/advisor for Triton Energy in Equatorial Guinea, for Hunt Oil offshore Togo, Phillips Petroleum, ONHYM offshore Morocco, and Hillwood International Energy in Kurdistan.

Weldon worked on TransAtlantic's Nigerian assets (OML109) in the Ejulebe Field, and farmed this acreage out to Transworld Energy. His dissertation was entitled "Tectonic Evolution of the Atlas Mountains, North Africa". Weldon has been instrumental in the acquisition of the Company's Moroccan properties (Guercif and Tselfat) based upon his 17 years of working in Morocco, and key to winning various properties in Romania (Izvoru, Vanatori and Marsa), and Turkey (4262).

Weldon received a B.A. degree in geology from New England College, a M.S. degree in Geology from Oklahoma State University, and a Ph.D. in Geophysics from Cornell University. He is a member of the American Association of Petroleum Geologists, certified by the State of Texas Board of Professional Geoscientists, Society of Exploration Geophysicists, American Geophysical Union, and Geological Society of America. Weldon is an adjunct faculty member of the University of Texas at Dallas.

 
#Dr. David McDonald
Position: Geology

David spent the majority of his professional career at Mobil, Hunt Oil, Magnum Hunter and Petrotel. He has extensive experience in West Africa, the Gulf of Mexico, offshore India, and the U.K. North Sea.

David received his M.A. degree in sedimentary geology from the University of Louisiana at Monroe and his Ph.D. in Structural Geology from the University of Texas at Dallas.

 
#Dr. Neil Apak
Position: Geology

Neil joined TransAtlantic in connection with the Incremental Petroleum acquisition.

Neil has over 25 years of experience as a Petroleum Geologist at TPAO, the national oil and gas company of Turkey.

His basin experience includes the Salt Lake Basin (SE Turkey), Andaman and Martaban (Kyrgyzstan and Myanmar), and the Central Anatolian Tertiary basins (Turkey).

He specializes in basin analysis, exploration & development geology in both oil and gas fields, carbonate rocks (including dolomitic reservoirs), diagenesis and core analysis, sequence stratigraphy, structural geology, amongst several others. His work has been published in numerous scientific papers.

Neil received his M.Sc. from the University of Istanbul, and a 2nd M.Sc. in Carbonate reservoirs from the CSM/WMU in the United States. He received a Ph.D. in petroleum geology/basin analysis from Adelaide University.

 
#Gene Pait
Position: Geology

Gene joined Mitchell Group in January 2007. He was previously the Chief Geologist for Riata Energy from 1993 to 2006. His responsibilities include identifying and implementing new exploration plays, prospect generation, and location development as well as geological evaluation of new acquisitions. He graduated from North Carolina State University in 1978 with a B.A. in Geology and an M.S. in Geology in 1981. His experience spans 26 years and has included work with Tenneco Oil Co, Santa Fe Minerals, Equitable Resources and Seagull Midcon.

 
#F. Wayne Campbell
Position: Geology

Wayne joined Mitchell Group in March 2007. He previously served as National Energy Group's ("NEG") Vice President of Exploration from October 2001 to February 2007. From 1996 to October 2001, he was Chief Geologist of NEG.

From 1980 until the merger of NEG and Alexander Energy in August 1996, he was Chief Geologist for Alexander Energy. From 1976 until 1980, he served as Senior Geologist for the Northern Division of Reserve Oil.

Wayne earned a B.S. in Geology from Oklahoma State University. He is certified as a petroleum geologist by the American Association of Petroleum Geologists and the States of Arkansas and Texas.

 
#Volker Koehler
Position: Geology

Volker joined TransAtlantic through the acquisition of Incremental Petroleum in March 2009. He has established and is leading a team of geoscientists and petroleum engineers to grow the production, reserves, and number of drillable prospects in Turkey. The projects range from mature field re-development to exploration.

Volker previously worked for Preussag Energie GmbH, Germany, later Gaz de France, on oil and gas assets in South America, Middle East, and central Europe. Key responsibilities were appraisal/development and brown field re-development projects. Prior to this, Volker was employed with Baker Atlas Geoscience, Bahrain, as Consultant Geologist, mainly providing geological services to Shell Oman. He also worked as research assistant for a number of years.

Volker obtained a B.Sc. degree in Geology (1993) from Technical University of Clausthal, Germany, and an M.Sc. with distinction in Geology (1997) from Technical University of Aachen, Germany, specializing in Petroleum Geology. Volker is a member of the American Association of Petroleum Geologists (AAPG) and the International Association of Sedimentologists (IAS).

 
#Dr. Abdelali Zakir
Position: Geology

Abdelali worked as a structural geologist from 2001 to 2009 in the Rif, Prerif areas (Asilah, Ouezzane, Tissa, and Tselfat - collectively "Prerifaine Ridges"), and in Guercif and Gharb basins. His work consisted of geological mapping, stratigraphic and sedimentological analysis, structural cross-sections, structural modeling, balancing cross‐sections, and seismic interpretation.

He obtained his PhD in structural geology in 2004 from the Mohammed V University in Rabat, Morocco.

 
#Veysi Alymac
Position: Engineering

Veysi started his career in Turkey as a Drilling Engineer.

From 1976 to 2007, he worked for Turkish Petroleum Corporation as a Drilling Engineer, Senior Drilling Engineer, Operations Manager, and Head of the drilling group, respectively. Throughout his career, Veysi has been involved in many phases of onshore and offshore drilling projects. He is a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers.

Veysi has a Master's of Science in Petroleum Engineering.

Position: Engineering

 
#Mark Rinehart
Position: Engineering

Mr. Rinehart joined Mitchell Group in January 2007. He was previously the Production Manager for Riata Energy from September 2003 to December 2006. His responsibilities include directing the company's completion and production engineering operations along with acquisition and divestiture projects.

His 29 years of experience in the oil & gas industry include drilling, production, compression, gathering, and SCADA systems. He has held responsible positions in various basins located in the Rocky Mountains, Midcontinent, Permian Basin, and International. He was previously with Phillips Petroleum and Anadarko Petroleum Corporation.

He obtained a degree in Chemical Engineering from Kansas State University in 1980.

 
#Ion Motoaca
Position: Engineering

Ion joined TransAtlantic in connection with the Incremental Petroleum acquisition.

Ion has over 15 years of experience in senior roles for Petrom, the largest oil & gas producer in Eastern Europe. He was employed by Incremental Petroleum from 2001 to early 2009, responsible for operations including completions, work overs, and production at Selmo Oil Field, in southeast Turkey.

He received his M.Sc. in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Ploiesti-Romania in 1985.

 
#Ahmet Kose
Position: Engineering

Ahmet joined TransAtlantic in connection with the Incremental Petroleum acquisition.

From 2006 to early 2009, Ahmet was employed by Incremental as Senior Reservoir Engineer. His responsibilities included monitoring and evaluating reservoir performance, choosing wells for working over, production forecasting, well testing and test interpretation, reserves certification, reporting to government bodies, and evaluating new ventures.

Before joining Incremental, Ahmet for the TPAO, the national oil & gas company of Turkey for 13 years and for WAHA Oil of Libya for 3 years. At the TPAO, he was a Reservoir Manager of numerous projects including waterflood, development, and interaction with government bodies. While at WAHA Oil, Ahmet focused on 7 different reservoirs producing a total 40,000 BOPD, amongst many other projects.

Ahmet graduated from the Petroleum and Natural Gas Engineering Department of the Middle East Technical University in Ankara, Turkey in 1983 and obtained an M.Sc. degree in Reservoir Engineering in 1987 from the K.F. University of Petroleum and Minerals in Saudi Arabia.

 
#James Follis
Position: Operations

Prior to joining Mitchell Group, Mr. Follis was employed by Riata Energy. He joined Riata Energy in 1989 as a Production Operator. He served as Plant Operations Manager from 1990-1992, managing the operations in Texas and Oklahoma. In 1992, he became responsible for all field operations including the drilling, completion, production, compression, and pipelines in the Pakenham Field of West Texas, as well as operations in Colorado, Utah, Wyoming, South Texas, and Kentucky. He assumed the position of Vice President of Operations in 2000 and he served as Vice President of Lariat Services from 2004 to 2005. In 2005 he rea-ssumed the position of Vice President of Operations for Riata Energy and was primarily responsible for all drilling activities in the Ouachita Overthrust of the Pinion Field in West Texas, drilling more than 300 wells.

 
#Monte Bell
Position: Midstream & Marketing

Monte joined Mitchell Group in February 2007. He is responsible for the acquisition, construction, and operation of midstream assets, the transportation and sale of natural gas, and the technical review and management of alternative and renewable energy investments for the company. Mr. Bell was previously employed by SandRidge Energy as Vice President, Midstream & Marketing from July 2000 to February 2007. Prior to joining SandRidge Energy, he held senior marketing and engineering positions with ONEOK Gas Marketing, KN Energy Marketing and Southwestern Public Service Company.

Monte earned a B.S. degree in Chemical Engineering from Texas Tech University in 1985 and a M.S. degree in Engineering Management from the University of Colorado in 1994.

 
#Andrew Bell
Position: Geophysics

Andy is an independent oil and gas explorationist and has served as TransAtlantic's geophysical consultant since 2008.

Since graduating from the Colorado School of Mines with BS degrees in Geological Engineering and Geophysical Engineering, he has worked a wide diversity of provinces and plays from subtle stratigraphic to complex structural regimes. His primary focus is prospect/play generation and evaluation utilizing efficient G&G applications toward practical analyses of hydrocarbon systems and realistic risk assessments. His 30-year career includes the past 13 years as an independent, following 17 years with a mid-size integrated in various technical and managerial positions.

 
#Sergey Shevchenko
Position: Geophysics

Sergey joined TransAtlantic through the acquisition of Incremental Petroleum in March 2009. Sergey has a diverse professional history, including over 25 years experience with seismic, gravity, magnetic, and remote sensing methods.

Before joining Incremental Petroleum in 2008, he worked as a petroleum geoscientist for Geological Survey of Western Australia (Petroleum Division), Woodside Petroleum, Monitor Energy, and Arc Energy in Australia. Additionally, he worked with potential field methods in acquisition, processing, interpretation, and managing various project primarily for the petroleum industry located in the basins of Central Asian and Siberia regions of FSU.

Sergey received his M.Sc in Geophysics from Tashkent University of FSU in 1980.
