| Gene Pait Position: Geology Gene joined Mitchell Group in January 2007. He was previously the Chief Geologist for Riata Energy from 1993 to 2006. His responsibilities include identifying and implementing new exploration plays, prospect generation, and location development as well as geological evaluation of new acquisitions. He graduated from North Carolina State University in 1978 with a B.A. in Geology and an M.S. in Geology in 1981. His experience spans 26 years and has included work with Tenneco Oil Co, Santa Fe Minerals, Equitable Resources and Seagull Midcon. | |
